Rhine Summerhouse 4x3met... No problems in ordering or delivery (on time)... A smaller version would have done the job but having said that, the extra 1met width obtained is well worth it. As the base etc was not ready on delivery, what has to be borne in mind space required to store timber components; a small garden could be overwhelmed if storage was to be of a long period. Actual construction not a problem but a two handed process. Interlocking wall planks generally ok but one or two slightly warped sections required a bit of force / handling. Follow build instructions carefully but don`t think any real mistakes could be made. 45mm wall planks do result in a fairly solid structure ; added stirling board sheeting to supplement 19mm floor boards and laid additional layer roof felt (both not strictly necessary). Expect some splintering of timbers on corner lapped joints but does not when stained externally be of any consequence. Think that doors could be problematic in future and we`re awkward to hang... Expect some future maintenance and adjustment. Stain supplied looks good and worth applying in considerate manner, i.e. just don`t slap it on. For the money and a bit of effort in building, have no real complaints... Ken

It's such a shame I can't give this a 5 star review as out daughter loves it. The instructions for the build are very hard to follow. By hard i spent an hour just trying to work out whether the joists went. In the end I used photographic images other people had posted to work out what went where. I don't mind drilling my own holes (but if you don't have a impact driver for the screws good luck to you), but I would gladly pay another £20 for clearer unstructions or for the wood to be marked indicating where it should go. Oddly the length of the beams along the top is different, so once you have inserted the bars intended for swinging off you need to pay very very close attention which side is which when you come to attach the ladders, and more importantly the support joists. I feel a bit let down as I'm pretty handy and the instructions were so impossible to follow that I felt exhausted and disappointed that it took us 5 hours to build what should have taken max 2hrs. Can't fault the quality of the wood or the company communication once I placed my order. Delivery was also very low stress. Had planned to buy additional equipment for the garden but if the instructions are this terrible for other apparatus I think I'll shop elsewhere.
