Couldn`t be happier, delivery was excellent, we worked out a date that suited everyone (including my builder). the finished product is stunning and we have many a happy evening it it since. The only critic I would have is the build time is a bit more than quoted, it actually took 3 joiners 4 days to put it up and they had power saws, nail guns etc.

So far cannot fault our Dunster gazebo , delivery went to plan and the gazebo is up and being finished off over next week or so , good quality , nothing missing and fantastic value for money .

Excellent website - easy to order and all the information you need very clear. Delivery guys were fantastic which was a plus (given the delivery instructions were detailed but a little concerning on what Dunster would and wouldn`t do). The guys who delivered were friendly and very helpful despite our driveway not being the easiest to get onto.

Being a Yorkshireman I love value for money, and the Utopia is certainly that. The only thing I would say is remember, as it says in the info on the product, that some of the wood may not be perfectly straight etc. This means a bit of 'creative thinking', like I had to do, might be necessary to complete the build, which was done in a day. Now it's time to enjoy our pergola, which looks great ðŸ‘

Took 2 days but 3-4 people, need to make sure you level and check diagonals at all times (luckily my dad knew these things) hardest part and time consuming part is the roof shingles instillation, someone needs to not be afraid of heights and on sit on the roof. It looks amazing when built, quality materials, great company. Love it

Very pleased with the new addition to our garden. Good value for money. Would have liked 4 pieces for each post at the bottom.
