Bought a Gazebo and a set of shingles. Delivered as discussed, and every piece was perfectly cut to size. It went up over a weekend without any serious issues (cannot remember any issues at all). Great Product......Exactly as Described. PS Use tin-snips on the shingles, not a `Stanley` knife......it just works! :-)

The gazebo is great once up however, unless you have a professional mitre saw to correct the bad cuts do not buy. I sent pictures of the posts at 45-degree angle and the supports supplied with big gaps in as not cut correctly. I also sent pictures of the supports on my mitre saw with the laser guide clearly showing how far out the cuts were. I sent pictures of the supports after I cut them to the right angle fitting perfectly. The only response I got was a sarcastic comment about how glad they were that I resolved the problem, Oh and two washers in the post that were missing. This is not a cheap gazebo so my expectations of not having to fix poor workmanship I feel were justified. So, if you can fix poor wood cuts or having it fitted by a professional then buy it, if not I would not recommend

Our Utopia 430 Gazebo was delivered on time and unloaded by the 2 chaps with the lorry. It was a few weeks before I had it put together by our hired helpers. We were away on holiday when they erected it but we got a few photos from them to show their progress. We got back to see the finished product and are delighted.
