Having decided which gazebo we wanted, I spoke to Neil George in sales and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He promised to keep me informed of stock levels as we didn’t require it straight away but in the meantime sent me a link to the plan with dimensions so we could determine where the posts were situated and if we needed to reinforce the patio for a secure fixing. He then contacted me to let us know the gazebo we wanted was in their sale. Result! The delivery was very efficient and the guys stacked and covered all of the parts where we wanted them. Very impressive service. Still haven’t assembled the gazebo but am confident that there won’t be any problems.

Excellent service. I bought the 3m2 pergola which arrived on time and as promised All parts are present and in good condition. I have not yet erected this pergola as I am waiting for the landscapers to complete my garden refit. I shall post another review on ease of construction once I have completed my garden project

Excellent service and product. Delivery arrived promptly, driver unloaded and stacked the shed components and was very helpful/friendly. Overall the product was excellent, had to slightly modify one of the components as a slot had not been cut to full depth but it was only a minor issue and very easily rectified. Shed is solid, appears watertight and of very substantial construction.

Top quality gazebo delivered promptly and well packed. Putting this up on your own is a no no.....you need at least 3 of you, more so for lifting the roof beams up when attached to the spider. Otherwise the rest of the installation can be done by one person. Brilliant piece of kit when finished.
