I it's actually a 10 for build quality but a 4 for the instruction and the fact that the parts were not labelled and took a while to figure out which was which

Totally satisfied customer. Excellent customer service team, and very prompt with answering my queries. The 2 delivery guys were spot on with where I had requested it be unloaded. Quality product, all went together really well. Yes ok the instructions weren`t the best, but it wasn`t rocket science to figure out the differences to a few bits where we had got the added extra`s. Generally overall very happy with my experience with Dunster House, cant wait to order my next project (2 more to go) ;)

I called with questions before I purchased and every time I spoke to someone they were helpful and friendly. They clearly knew the product well (the pergola) The order arrived quickly with good instructions. We haven`t put it together yet so can`t comment on the finished product just yet.

Great service Shed delivered on time. Easy to erect. Good quality product. Would certainly use again unlike earlier bad experience with a large competitor who delivered a shed late and of a quality which was so awful it is hard to describe Well done Dunster House I am glad I placed this order with you
