Great Service, Great Product,Great Design. My Gazebo was delivered within 5 days, it took a day for two of us to put together, all parts are made to a high standard and fitted together really well. It took a day to put the shingles on the roof, what is really good there are plenty of spares, taking time is well worth the effort as the finish is superb. I would recommend Dunster House and certainly use them again.

I am delighted with the quality of the product - I didn't think it could look better than the online photo but it was. The speed of delivery exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure to deal with the office team and the delivery drivers. I would certainly buy from Dunster House again

In the notes it suggests that the only drill bit you require is a 3mm to erect the pergola but this is far from the truth, you need a at least a 5mm and even larger for the hexagonal head screws.apart from that the build went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with the finished result.

Delivered on time, good communication throughout the purchase process. Self build was relatively straight forward (I am an impatient, DIY novice) but watch the online videos to supplement the instruction book. The build took me 5 days (on my own) with 1 day lost to straightening a warped beam and 1 day lost to the weather. Shingles look good and were a free upgrade! In hindsight I wouldn't have purchased the (overpriced) timber treatment from the company, it's cheaper at many other places. Overall pleased with the end result, hope it lasts!
