Spent a long time looking for the right pergola for my garden and overall really pleased. Arrived in less than a week and good communication from the company. It look 2 people a solid day to construct and the results are pleasing. We have deducted a stars as a few of the roof struts had significantly split and even though we pre drilled all holes as advised, unfortunately the wood was just too weak and has come off completely. We now need to repair . 1 week later they have also reduced the price by £40 which doesn't help

Really disappointed! Description says 1.96m height, but it is more like 1.8. we've had to buy 4 longer posts elsewhere to replace the dunster house ones (at a cost of £120!) as I wouldn't be able to walk under these! This means that the legs won't match the rest of the pergola now. Also, the timber is very thin and flimsy, looks nothing like the images on the website. We've bought some monkey bars for the kids from dunster house in the past and were really happy with them, but after this I will never buy anything from them again.

Excellent quality but two bad after-sales marks: Very disappointed that you won`t sell parts afterwards, I wanted to add two more plinth pieces to the feet of my gazebo posts as the two supplied look unfinished. Posts have four sides. Also surprised you don`t provide erection service, nor will you recommend any. Skilled labour who know your products are not easy to find.

KEPT informed. Our cabin was delivered early. Read instructions before you start. Label up screws and nails etc. Sort out the timber so you know what`s what.
