Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Wooden Pergola

We had an issue with our pergola purchase as the posts were too short at only 1.90m high overall so I had to purchase another six posts 2.40 m high so that I could walk under without ducking my head. Screws were also very poor quality but everything else was okay.

Product: Terminator Pent Log Cabin

The whole experience was great, the online shop was easy to use, good prices and very quick delivery. The lads who unloaded the lorry were helpful and friendly. The Terminator Log Cabin was easy to assemble, regardless of some timber being slightly warped bit this was easily overcome. Very happy with Dunster House and would recommend to anyone.

Product: DaftBadger Corner Log Cabin

Excellent Product and Service. I have just completed the build of our Daft Badger Log Cabin, and we are delighted with the product and the service received. The Dunster House website was clear and provided all the necessary visual and technical details which help us make the selection of the Daft Badger option. The delivery was done by a Dunster House driver - who was not only increadlibly helpful, he was also equipped with the delivery equipment to place the perfectly packaged cabin exactly where we wanted it (up a relatively steep gravel driveway). As already mentioned, the packing was fantastic - there was a minimal amount of waste material. one of the longest logs was quite warped, but because there are certain spares provided as standard, this part was set aside and ended up not being required. For those doing self build, as I did, before you begin, unpack your delivery, and sort the part into part type - the different parts are spread out in the packing and it made it much quicker and easier to identify the correct parts when it comes to the build itself. The instructions stress the importance of ensuring the bearers are level and square, I am very pleased a paid extra attention to that part of the instructions - I can see how if i had not, it would have been a big problem! Overall the instructions were excellent and the fixings provided were not scrimped on. The building of the cabin was done in a couple of days, with a further day taken for fitting the roof felts. The majority was done with just 1 person, but there were a few parts which having a second set of hands really helped. The final result is a very pleasing one and I would not hesitate in recommending Dunster House.

Product: Pressure Treated Taarmo Heavy Duty 19mm Log Shed

The quality of this shed is excellent, very solid and heavily built and complemented by hinges and locks of a comparative quality. The only misgivings I would have is that this shed arrives in kit form and every panel has to be built from scratch. That said it is reasonably simple even if it appears very daunting to start with. Allow a good day to get it completed though. It is well worth the time and effort required to get in erected.
