Good service, however, it was not clear in the ordering process that we had to order roof protection separately for the Gazebo. It should be pointed out at point of sale that you need to order it separately and it was only when it was delivered it was pointed out to us that we needed the roof protection. In order not to fall behind my son-in-law had to go and collect it. Otherwise we are very happy with the product and we were told by the landscaper it was easy to put up.

We had a Terminator cabin and a gazebo delivered, we've not built the gazebo yet, but have assembled the cabin. Once we'd worked out what all the pieces were, it went together really well, the sides locked together perfectly with the front and back boards. Instructions were a set of generic ones so at times a little difficult to understand but there's some great you tube videos from Dunster house on assembly which sorted out any query we had!! Can't wait to get all my art thing in and start using it!!! Competitively priced for the quality aswell.

Great buying experience, from ordering to delivery. Straight forward web site backed up by helpful telephone customer service. Really good price and delivered on the date given by 2 very helpful, polite friendly lads. I originally ordered from a different supplier and after waiting months with them keep moving the date for delivery, I realised I was not going to get delivery, so cancelled the order. Dunster House delivered on time and our lovely Gazebo is now up in our garden looking great. My husband erected it, which he says was straight forward. Would highly recommend Dunster House

Delivery drivers had difficulty in unloading it from the lorry and had to unpack it and put in my garage piece by piece where it still is as the person erecting it for me is not coming until next week.
