Great buying experience, from ordering to delivery. Straight forward web site backed up by helpful telephone customer service. Really good price and delivered on the date given by 2 very helpful, polite friendly lads. I originally ordered from a different supplier and after waiting months with them keep moving the date for delivery, I realised I was not going to get delivery, so cancelled the order. Dunster House delivered on time and our lovely Gazebo is now up in our garden looking great. My husband erected it, which he says was straight forward. Would highly recommend Dunster House

Delivery drivers had difficulty in unloading it from the lorry and had to unpack it and put in my garage piece by piece where it still is as the person erecting it for me is not coming until next week.

We are extremely pleased with our latest purchase. From the initial order to delivery and then to the build, everything went without a hitch. We have always had a positive experience with Dunster staff and delivery is always trouble free. We are currently sitting beneath our gazebo with a beer. Cheers!
