The cabin was delivered on time and unloaded with a minimum of fuss directly onto our drive. The driver offered sensible advice concerning different components of the kit which proved very useful as we were building the cabin. All the parts fitted well and there was very little need to hammer the wall logs into position. I would recommend watching the generic construction videos before construction as the written instructions did leave us a wee bit perplexed on a couple of occasions. We are extremely delighted with the end result and look forward to many years of use. Thank you Dunster House.

Purchased the utopia 3x3m gazebo with roof shingle kit. Extremely please once again with the quality of the item. Disappointed to have a sour note as the instructions we unclear on the fitting of the roof membrane and the shingles. It turns out there is no telephone customer service you have to play email tennis with 24 hour response time. When you are building an item you need better than that. Paid a visit to our local store only to be met by a terrified occupant who wouldn`t open the door due to a global pandemic. At this point of the pandemic all shops and pubs were open again, but not dunster house. In short superb quality item as per usual, bought before and would buy again. But dreadful after sales service.
