Was really happy with our gazebo. Looks lovely, took a day to assemble. Service was brilliant and they were happy to accommodate a delivery date change when flooring was delayed. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Stacked all components in a convenient place as requested.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Walled Gazebo

We purchased this gazebo for one side our garden. We have a south faced garden and needed some shelter from the sun. We arranged to purchase and collected from one of the stores. Really happy with our purchase - our garden looks so much better. Easy to instal but do take your time.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Walled Gazebo

Really easy and straightforward to order and a really quick delivery of my chosen product. Delivered on the day it was booked for, the tracking app didn't work mind you! It said they were 40 minutes away when they pulled up outside! It didn't matter to me as I'd arranged to be home all day. Crew were professional and unloaded safely. I'd ordered the 4 x 3 Utopia Gazebo and it was erected in a day with some helpers, you do need to have a fairly good DIY brain but the instructions were good. Perhaps labelling the many roof boards might be useful to save measuring each one!! Very happy with quality, build and look of the gazebo.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Walled Gazebo

The Gaezbo we bought was a Utopia 4 meter x 3meter it is fabulous and went together like a massive jigsaw puzzle as the instructions were spot on. The shingle kit was free as we had black and that was a very big bonus. We would have given 5 stars but the delivery was only made outside our back gate and we therefore had to move it all inside ourselves.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Glazed Wall Gazebo

I would have given 4.5 if possible for our Utopia Gazebo with sides as the positives do far out way the negatives. On the positive side: 1) The erected gazebo with sides looks fantastic and we have received many favourable comments 2) The instructions were easy to follow and the erection was overall straight forward once sorted the jigsaw of pieces :) 3) The quality of the materials overall is very good 4) Customer services and after sales service was excellent answering any questions and giving a partial refund when I noticed the price had dropped after I had ordered but before it was delivered. On the negative side: 1) When delivered the gazebo is `hand balled` off the truck as no HIAB. This means any straps and packing materials are also left rather than being taken away. The excuse that its a flat bed lorry and they have no space is not acceptable. 2) Although the T&Cs do specify that timber is a natural material subject to warping does not help when I have a T&G plank for the roof that is bent like a banana AND twisted and very difficult to secure. Especially when I used a clamp to help fix it that subsequently fell off and damaged the composite decking. 3) Although not really a negative its worth stating that although I did receive a refund when the price dropped initially, to see it drop further within one month of delivery makes me feel aggrieved, i.e. original price £3,311.98 down to £2,474.98 !!!!!

Product: Pressure Treated Jasmine Trellis Arch Pergola

Arch is a robust design and looks good when in place. Instructions look good, but in practice are not very helpful. I found it easier to construct the 2 side panels and fit them in Metposts first, level everything up and then fit the top and side brackets. Drill recommendations are wrong - just a 3mm drill is recommended, but the screws supplied are in two diameters and the larger size will not fit the 3mm holes suggested. Drills also have to be extra long to accommodate the very long screws supplied. Would have been so much better if all the holes had been pre-drilled. Also trellis side should be attached to the support posts by screwing through the trellis in to the post, and not as suggested through the full width of the post and into the trellis!
