I would have given 4.5 if possible for our Utopia Gazebo with sides as the positives do far out way the negatives. On the positive side: 1) The erected gazebo with sides looks fantastic and we have received many favourable comments 2) The instructions were easy to follow and the erection was overall straight forward once sorted the jigsaw of pieces :) 3) The quality of the materials overall is very good 4) Customer services and after sales service was excellent answering any questions and giving a partial refund when I noticed the price had dropped after I had ordered but before it was delivered. On the negative side: 1) When delivered the gazebo is `hand balled` off the truck as no HIAB. This means any straps and packing materials are also left rather than being taken away. The excuse that its a flat bed lorry and they have no space is not acceptable. 2) Although the T&Cs do specify that timber is a natural material subject to warping does not help when I have a T&G plank for the roof that is bent like a banana AND twisted and very difficult to secure. Especially when I used a clamp to help fix it that subsequently fell off and damaged the composite decking. 3) Although not really a negative its worth stating that although I did receive a refund when the price dropped initially, to see it drop further within one month of delivery makes me feel aggrieved, i.e. original price £3,311.98 down to £2,474.98 !!!!!

The service that I received from Dunster House was exceptional. We had very tight timelines to have the building delivered and in place for the opening of our business. They kept us up to date regulary and delivered on time and in good order. Would highly reccommend Dunster House and will use them again.

Our pergola was delivered only a few days after placing the order, by a very helpful and friendly driver and mate. Everything fitted together perfectly and instructions were easy to follow. We are very impressed by the quality of our new room and look forward to using it for hopefully many years. Congratulations to Dunster House for their attention to detail and for making us feel valued customers.

Bought 3m x 3m gazebo. Assembled on my own which took sometime but easy todo and instructions are straight forward. Only difficulty I had was with the shingles so followed the help video on YouTube. Once you have done one the rest fall into place, not a quick process though if you are doing it properly. Had to purchase extra glue for the shingles as the one tube supplied isn't enough. It has transformed our garden and can't recommend it highly enough. Staff over the phone and on delivery extremely friendly and helpful. Some helpful tips given by the lads who delivered. I have have passed the companies details onto numerous friends.
