Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Bought the utopia wooden gazebo 3x3m. Overall good. Some of the wood elements were slightly twisted (presumably from the drying process) but all lengths were correct. Had to adapt fitting technique for the twisted beams and roof slats, but good overall. All bits included for fitting, like screws and nails, maybe the instructions could be a bit more detailed. Delivery could be better. Kerb side, I understand. But as it`s packed for pallet delivery, driver had to open the packaging and leave all the bits lying on the pavement, not ideal as you have to carry them all onto your premises, and once they`re out of packaging, gets tedious. Could be useful if similar elements would be bundled together with zip ties or the likes. Delivery was on time, no complaints.

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Louvre Walled Gazebo

Love my new gazebo, we had some contractors put it up for us and they were impressed with the quality, took them about 14hrs to erect. Excellent service overall.

Product: DaftBadger Pub Shed Log Cabin

Excellent service started with the 2 drivers that delivered, nothing was a problem to them and they even stored the wood in the order to be built. I haven't had to call for anything as product was in perfect condition and superb quality. You do have to sit and read the instructions carefully before trying to build.

Product: Terminator Pent Log Cabin

The purchasing process was very smooth as well as the contact/communication for delivery dates. Delivery tracker on the day of delivery was especially useful. The instructions for the log cabin once it arrived could be much better. If you`re planning on building the log cabin yourself, experience of building wooden structures is highly advised. There is no mention of the application of damp-proofing treatments or damp proof membranes in the instruction manual - which are necessary to make the structure water tight, especially on the subfloor and roof boards. I just wish there was an option at least to have the wood pre-treated prior to delivery allowing assembly to continue in rainy weather as the untreated timber supplied soaks up any rain water like a sponge. However the assembly is helped by the accuracy of the cut wood, everything slotted together very well with only 2 beams being slightly warped. Overall I am very happy with the log cabin I purchased, I think it is the best by far compared to others I`d researched.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 200 Louvre Wall Gazebo

This arrived earlier than anticipated and the delivery guys were great (even though the weather wasn't) I built it on my own in about 5 hours except where the children help me keep the 2 sides upright in order for me to connect them. Then the roof panels I fitted on my own and they were a perfect fit. The shingles took me a whole day due to the fact that I didn't have good access all round I am over the moon with the end result and can definitely recommend it.
