We bought the Utopia 430 Gazebo after much research of Gazebos online. The heavens opened from the day it arrived. I built it with help from my son over the winter/ early spring (Reason - poor weather, short days and not being a priority) Being over 6'tall we decided to raise the Gazebo an extra .2M by replacing the supplied uprights with longer treated ones.(the original ones keep the gazebo below 2.5M in height so planning is'nt required) The build is not hard, following the instructions and laying out the timber prior to assembley helps. We used the roof shingle kit and found watching the company video and others on you tube helped as we found the instructions weren't detailed enough in the manual. Not laying them properly could spoil the look of it so take your time. None of the build was hard for your average DIY person. We found it a very enjoyable experience bar the weather! The quality of the kit is excellent and as is the nature of wood, imperfections just add to the character of the build. Highly recommend the company and the gazebo

I haven't assembled the gazebo since it was delivered. In the early stages of assembly as I was assembling a purlin between two uprights, a gust of wind blew it over and the purlin snapped in half. I contacted Dunster House and explained what had happened and asked if I could purchase a replacement purlin. I was told as a goodwill gesture they would replace it free of charge including delivery which I thought was very generous of them. Unfortunately though, I was advised that it could take 3 to 4weeks. That's unfortunate but under the circumstances I think Dunster House have so far been very fair so I can't criticise them. The reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because I have only just started the assembly so until it is completed I don't know what, if any problems I may encounter.

I am very pleased with this wooden gazebo. It was delivered on time as stated. The delivery team were friendly and helpful. I chose to build it myself. The instructions were clear. It was not a complicated process generally, but fitting all of the roof panels was difficult as they wouldn`t line up correctly to start off with. Once I had maneuvered the frame slightly they went into place nicely. Once completed it was great. Really pleased with it and would recommend products by this company.
