There were initial problems with promised delivery timescales but, after contacting customer services via email, this issue was quickly resolved. The tracking system worked well on delivery day which meant I was able to roughly work out what time the truck would arrive. All parts were placed on our drive as requested, and the delivery team were efficient and courteous. The gazebo is now built and the addition of the fence panels on two sides gives the feel of a private sanctuary. Very pleased with this purchase.

The sales and website were all really easy to use and they kept me up to date with the order. I even changed a couple of things with the order and they went through without any issues. The only issue I had was that some of the pieces of wood were quite badly warped and needed considerable effort to get them to fit.
