Well designed, easy to construct, perhaps needs a title more detail on how to fit the roof tiles!

We purchased the Utopia Wooden Pergola and have been most impressed with the item and the instructions for assembling the Pergola. Delivery of the product arrived when expected. Cannot fault Dunster House on this product. Most delighted and happy customer.

Dunster House are a good company with whom to deal. They actually answer phone calls promptly have staff who know the products and a range of products to meet most needs. The Chunky Gazebo was delivered on time unpacked and checked by them on delivery. It is a good quality well engineered product that went together perfectly. I highly recommend them.

There were initial problems with promised delivery timescales but, after contacting customer services via email, this issue was quickly resolved. The tracking system worked well on delivery day which meant I was able to roughly work out what time the truck would arrive. All parts were placed on our drive as requested, and the delivery team were efficient and courteous. The gazebo is now built and the addition of the fence panels on two sides gives the feel of a private sanctuary. Very pleased with this purchase.
