We have always found Dunster high quality materials and the same again this time. Delivered date agreed. Delivery gentleman happy and polite in their work. Unloaded neatly and covered due to possible weather condition. Customer service easily available and helpful, even though I do ask stupid questions sometimes haha....

Gazebos are brilliant no complaints with the product at all. I would say though that when they were delivered it was piled up in a big mixed up stack. It took quite some time to sort the parts and check I had everything. It would have been much easier if the parts were in some sort of order.ie roof/ posts etc. I had 2 delivered and spent hrs sorting it all.

Delivery was on time and off loaded carefully by the delivery staff. I had to wait for several weeks before erecting the gazebo due to the weather conditions. It requires at least two people with one that can take charge of the construction. But the end result is well worth the effort. My gazebo has already caused me to organise several outdoor dining activities for my family. Just what I wanted.

The gazebo and pergola look great. The 4x3m gazebo and 3x3m pergola were erected in 1 day!(a long one and needed a good selection of battery drills etc). My only recommendation would be for Dunster House to have their own videos produced for the roof/shingles and clear links on their website. Over all highly recommended.

Everything was great, only one change I would make. That is to label up parts better, it took a long time measuring the wood for the roof. If they were labelled say 1-10 it would have saved a lot of time and made it a lot easier for people who haven`t done this sort of thing before.

I had a very good experience with Dunster House from ordering through to delivery. The guys delivering were very helpful and the product is very good quality. The assembly instructions were clear to follow albeit a little out of date. Make sure you have assistance when assembling. Great product, great value
