A Price
The pergola was delivered quickly and the staff were very helpful. I had overlooked the height of the pergola 1.9 meters, most of the family are over six ft. I enquired to see if they could send longer posts but they couldn`t, so they offered me a full refund. I did not want a refund because I liked the pergola so I decided to buy longer posts 2.4 m. As a good will gesture they refunded part cost for the new posts, which I had not expected but gratefully received. The pergola looks stunning and all my family can now stand underneath it.

Looks better in the picture, ensure you note the height as anyone over 5’10 will bump their head- we ended up buying 4 new posts to increase height. For the price would be nice for 4 surrounds on each leg rather than 2. Overall had hoped for much better quality for the price.

I've been looking at the Gazebo for a very long time and was finally ready this year to order it. Now it's erected and looking absolutely amazing and exactly as expected. Great sales service on the phone, the delivery guys couldn't have been more efficient, stacking everything neatly, they were also informative about Dunster which was interesting. No proper furniture in it yet but couldn't be happier.

Dunster House provide brilliant service from beginning to end. We had a phone call to arrange delivery within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery was stress free, cheerful men, including the boss, arranged the wood so that it would stay dry until the gazebo was built. The carpenter had no problem following the instructions provided and remarked on the excellent quality of the wood, roof and overall finished product. I am absolutely delighted with it. We have had great compliments from family and neighbours as well. If you want a quality product, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else.
