Love my Utopia gazebo ! Had excellent service from Dunster House. The man at the end of the phone was incredibly helpful . Delivered on time. Got a handyman to erect the gazebo and he said the instructions were very clear. The wood has a lovely hue to it and I know we will be using it in sunshine and rain throughout the summer. As you can tell I am very pleased by my purchase - thank you Dunster House.

Excellent product, instructions for the structure are simple and easy to follow. Instructions for roof shingles are not so good, hence 4 stars not 5

Great product, quality is what I wanted. Delivery was on time and scheduled (however be aware that the weight of the package means you need to break it down and move piece by piece to the location) Overall an excellent service.
