Excellent service. Delivery date was to be later than the date of god daughters birthday. . Lady on the phone arranged it all to be delivered before so there was no disappointments on her birthday. She was so lovely. Delivery men kept in touch regularly and were so nice to deal with. Tracking perfect as I couldnt be there for the arrival of the delivery personally. 5 star service. Arrived when they said they would but only gave a day, all day but then called me about 20 minutes before when they was arriving. Quick to place all the parts exactly where I wanted it.

Ordering was very easy and the people on the phone really helpful it was delivered on time to the hour and every thing was there, the only thing that I would mention was that the bits we needed first were at the bottom this wasnt really a great problem but with the rain this year trying to keep everything coved up while erecting it wasnt easy but I would highly recommend your company to everyone

Haven't built the cabin yet (summer weather, eh)?! However, purchase, delivery and after sales service have be second to none. Have been kept fully informed at every stage and could even track delivery vehicle. No need to wait in for 12hrs or so, on the off chance. Great company to deal with. Can highly recommend.
