Ordered an insulated 3x3 terminator
Ordered an insulated 3x3 terminator cabin with wooden doors and double glazing, The price was the lowest on the market for comparable quality and spec at the time and delivery time was estimated at 3 to 5 weeks. Four weeks later my delivery date was booked in and the cabin arrived, on time well packaged on the delivery lorry and unloaded professionally with no damage and no fuss. I’ve built 6 log cabins over the years usually from Shires but the Dunster House cabin is a different breed all together ! Top quality materials and finish and is head and shoulders about other cabins available on the market. All in all this is a quality product made from quality timber and with detailed instructions making it probably the best timber building on the market under £3000 (at the time of purchase) . I’m a builder / carpenter by trade and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dunster products to customers and will certainly be buying from them again. Thanks again for great customer service and a great log cabin !

GHOSTFLOWER log cabin Great but with a couple of issues
Bought the Dunster House GHOSTFLOWER 3.8 x 2.9m 34mm log cabin kit which I have to say was a breeze to erect, although there were a few small issues along the way. The kit comes as a plastic wrapped kit with the roof insulation (if chosen) separate. DO NOT DISCARD ANY MATERIAL UNTIL THE CABIN IS BUILT. The pressure treated bearers (the beams that the cabin sits on) act as the pallet base for the kit of parts. Cosmetically these looked in a real state as all had mould on them and did not look like part of the kit. I found the instructions both clear and comprehensive. The basic cabin was then constructed without any issue until it came to the roof insulation board. These were a little too small at 2500 x 1200 rather than 2500 x 1250 which resulted in the cabin roof overhang reduced by some 30mm each side and a wooden 320 x 100 infill piece being used. Our door lock keys were burred up and hard to remove from the lock barrel even after deburring so I might request a replacement. Would I buy this cabin again....Yes, in a heart beat, or any other in Dunster's product line. If I hadn't had the roof insulation as an option then I would have awarded 5 stars.

Excellent quality cabin good value for money!
I ordered the Terminator cabin 6metres with 1.5m extension kit to build a studio for my garden. I am over the moon with it. The quality is excellent, was fairly easy to build with 2/3 people and great value for money. Everything arrived ahead of time and all parts were there.

Over all the terminator we bought is good
Over all the terminator we bought is good , just erected it today, the instructions we got most of them was for another summer house and was not the one we bought, so make sure the one you buy as all the information you need , personally I thought the instructions was not very clear, plus I know we are dealing with a natural substance, but there was a good few pieces that was not usable as had splits in them, and damaged, it looks great, on the other hand could do with sending a few extra bits like I’ve gone to B&Q to rectifier thanks Warren

A truly amazing summerhouse
A truly amazing summerhouse. Yes it was a lot of work to prep the base, treat the wood and felt the roof but oh so worth it. The build quality Dunster house provided and the quality of materials was exceptional, I would expect this to last a lifetime with a little fresh paint every few years. This really did exceed our expectations. We have chosen to Silicone seal the inside and put vinyl flooring down and used it a lot in the cold and wet weather with a small heater. We would happily recommend them to anyone.
