Great communication from Dunster House

The pergola/ seating area we ordered was exactly as described on the website. Great communication from the company: an initial phone call, followed later with confirmation of the delivery date and time slot. The delivery men were very helpful and ensured that the structure was covered, protected from the weather and the covering weighted down securely. Would definitely recommend Dunster House.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Struggled to order the porch online - but rang and the chap was very helpful and took my order over the phone. The porch was delivered when it was supposed to be and the delivery chaps were very polite and helpful. We had the porch installed by a builder and are extremely pleased with it and everyone who sees it says how nice it looks - great product at a very good price - Well Done all round

Absolutely beautiful structure. The delivery team were superb. We can recommend enough.

It doesnt come with the shingles for the roof which has cost us an extra 500. Needs to be as square as possible for the roof to fit properly.

Its a great looking gazebo and well worth the money. We have had loads of positive feedback.

Good value for money , service was first class from the time of ordering to the delivery . I would advise that it is a two person job to erect , I was glad I had a decent impact driver and drill to pre drill wood to stop splitting, with over 300 screws of different lengths , the extra paid for the shingle effect was well worth the money
