One of our customers transformed a Severn Log Cabin into a vibrant and welcoming child-minding cabin. This space provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play, allowing the childminder to offer high-quality care and education. The cabin’s spacious design and sturdy construction make it an ideal setting for young minds to thrive. My advice to women looking to grow in tech is to never stop learning. Technology changes fast, so it’s important to stay curious and keep improving your skills. Balance is key—try to find a routine that works for both your career and personal life.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help, whether it’s at home or at work. Make sure to speak up and don’t undervalue yourself – you deserve to be in the room and to be heard. And lastly, be kind to yourself – progress takes time, and it’s okay not to have everything perfect.

We have had multiple customers turn their cabins into beauty salons, creating serene and professional spaces to offer a range of beauty treatments. The most rewarding aspect of my career journey at Dunster House has been the opportunity to speak with customers every day, assisting them with their needs and wants. It’s fulfilling to help them find the right solutions.
Additionally, supporting my team by helping them build strong relationships with their customers and providing ample information for customers to make informed decisions has been incredibly rewarding. Marketing Assistant – Try New Things
I thrive when I’m actively trying new things, exploring new subjects in marketing and across the business. This constant engagement with different experiences provides fresh insights, benefiting my current work as well as making the job more interesting.
These new experience can include incorporating new aspects into your role but also new tools and working with different team members. The different dynamics you get in different groups and working in different ways is a great way to stop your work from stagnating.
