The Gazebo arrived at the time and date agreed and very quickly after the initial order. I was impressed with the quality and weight of the timber. The build instructions were clear and useful. I have already recommended this product to friends and family.

This structure was never installed so it is very difficult for myself to review it. The assessment of the site on the morning the installation was refused was done incorrectly as I have since had the site surveyed and an installation has taken place which I am more than happy with. The £500 cost that your incompetent surveyors cost me means that I will never deal with you on any basis again and I will not recommend your company to anyone I hear about who is thinking of purchasing any product from yourselves Sincerely Matt

EXCELLENT Product at an affordable price. From ordering through Craig to the delivery the transaction was smooth and efficient. The delivery driver was superb as was the website showing the location of the delivery lorry. Many thanks to all concerned and I have no hesitation in recommending your service and product. We enjoy sitting and resting in our new sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle of life. We are now joined by our Airedale which means that the only downward side is that we should have ordered a bigger one.

We found the quality of the summer house to be very good. The initial purchase was by telephone and the gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. Following this the service went down, no one phoned to arrange delivery, with s having to phone ourselves. On delivery one piece was broken and to speak to customer service is impossible with being told you have to email, this in some ways spoilt what other wise would have been a good service.
