Product: SquirrelFort Climbing Tower

The squirrelfort comes with clear instructions making assembly straight forward and easy. The timber and all fittings are good quality and the delivery team were great. But best if all the kids love it and keeps them busy in the garden for hours, even if it's raining our little lad still wants to be pushed on the swings!

Product: Rhine Log Cabin

The Rhine shed is an excellent shed, we are really pleased with it, the 2 delivery men were very helpful in putting different sections in different place as requested. The. Assembly was quick and straightforward with all parts fitting neatly and correctly into place. This was assembled by by wife and myself and apart from the roofing insulation boards which are large and heavy we did all the work ourselves. We really recommend both Dunster as a company who responded well to all our enquiries. We do have one moan and that is the instructions. If we hadn't been adept at instructions I am not sure everyone could have followed them. When you allocate the part you want it's fine but the instructions are buried in amongst Geneic instructions and we spent most of our time reading about other shed construction looking for parts relevant to us. Dunster need to put together instructions specific to each shed.

Product: Rhine Log Cabin

The product is well made, the fitters were very pleasant. I did think the pads would have been sunken level with the ground. The fitters informed me that the cluttering was not complete i.e there was a piece missing. I've bought the piece and fitted it. I feel I shouldn't have had to put this right. It might be a good idea to have a door stop, as the right hand door handle is in line with the window when the the is open wide. I've not finished the painting yet nor have I wired in the electrics. Having said that I'm still impressed with my new studio and can't wait to fit it out and start making music.
