Overall very happy with our pergola
Overall very happy with our pergola. Great quality solid timber structure that assembled really well with very clear instructions provided. We bought the option with clear roof panels and the only let down really is the quality of these. Very flimsy and the fixings aren’t great which makes the sheets rattle in anything other than very light winds. I would say the clear roof is definitely not worth the extra cost. We will be replacing the roof with a more substantial sheet that’s properly secured very soon. Apart from the roof sheets, we are really happy with it

Dunster House log cabin
Good log cabin supplied on time as advertised. One log badly bent, it would have been useful to know that a spare log had been delivered with the original order. Overall very happy with the kit supplied.

Very pleased but do not underestimate the build involved
Final product is exactly what I was looking for, very happy with it and is of good quality. Building of the office took WAY longer than expected, so ensure plenty of time is set aside. The instructions are good but could be a lot clearer in places with more detail, so triple check everything you do. Also whilst putting together think of what will eventually go on/ next to each part, I had to remove and redo a whole section of cladding because it did not align with the corner timbers that go on a lot later. Once it is up and painted though it looks excellent and I would definitely recommend! Customer service and delivery were faultless.
