We ordered a log cabin from Dunster
We ordered a log cabin from Dunster House and i can not tell you how happy we are with what we got! We got a fantastic deal for our log cabin and 2 days after we brought it we noticed a higher discount was now being offered on the log cabin we had just brought, i contacted customer service who were fantastic and honoured the extra discount for us! Not only that, the delivery was perfect, the guys were lovely and helpful and on time! My husband and brother built it in a day and a half and encountered no problems, everything was there and the instructions were brilliant. We have now got a beautiful log cabin of such good quality which we are so happy with i would 100% recommend Dunster House i can not thank them enough!

Excellent quality & service
The cabin was relatively easy to erect with just my husband & I doing it. The quality is excellent. We had an issue with one of the glass panels in the door but they are replacing it, no arguments. It is very quiet & we are pleased with the result.

Wow! Stunning log cabin i am now using as my office. Went for the pent terminator Easy to build and so well made I had a horrendous experience with Billy Oh and am so glad I cancelled my order with them and went with Dunster. Great communication whole way through.

We ordered a Terminator Cabin online. Dunster House called us the next day to arrange delivery The cabin was left neatly and covered over in our garden The building of the cabin was straightforward, although it would have been helpful to have the pieces identified a bit better, as there were some spare pieces left over, so it was a bit confusing The cabin does look great though, so we really pleased with it ??

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call with Nick he explained everything about the Garden Bar I wanted to purchase. The second phone call was to purchase and arrange delivery which went to plan and communication from the driver was excellent. Love my new Bar !!!!!

Smashing product
Smashing product. Easy to assemble. We also adopted it a little by adding a few bits of timber here and there to add some bamboo roofing. The slats arrive as a pre made set too so that sped up assembly. As nothing in a garden is truly level, your legs wont all touch the ground without compromising the level/horizontal look. My tip is build the frame from top to bottom and then jimmy the legs for the horizontal finish last. Youll have at least one leg that wont touch the ground. But easy to hide with the four small pieces that come as a covering for each leg. They take the weight too. Easy.

Great company. Lots knowledgeable staff helped when I had questions. Calling me back emailing info over etc. Arrived quickly and on long large pallet. I had my gardeners/ builder assemble and they said it was so easy. Great quality. Lovely and cant wait till spring now to sit there.
