High quality, looks more expensive than it is! From initial interest, through ordering, delivery and construction, dunster house where great. My initial queries where answered within 24 hours, and when I placed an order just before going on holiday, Marcus arranged delivery for when was back in the country. The drivers unloaded everything quickly and left the materials in a neat pile, the instructions where easy to follow, and when we did have a question during the build, customer services where able to get me an answer within minutes. Our gazebo has had so many compliments, it`s well built (desire being put together by DIY amateurs) and has created a gorgeous outdoor space for us to enjoy. I will definitely be coming back to dunster house for future garden purchases!

I bought a 4 x 3 wooden gazebo. I spoke to Craig who was very good at explaining everything. I think I called back 4/5 times and each time a Craig patiently talked me through everything. The customer service was exceptional that I felt no need to look around for competitive quotes. I did get a builder to build mine and it took 2 days and a bit. It looks amazing albeit a bit too late to enjoy it for summer this year. We had no issues with delivery or missing parts

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. The two delivery drivers John and Cory were brilliant, my little boy helped unload and Cory gave him £10 for helping. Wouldn`t take no for answer when said they don`t have too. Brilliant lads.
