Very customer friendly in pre-sales and post sales - very responsive, not pushy and delivered on time and as expected. We went for the Artemis Chunky Wooden Gazebo, and we are very pleased - really solid, looks great and should last for years. The workmanship and materials are first class. I engaged in a professional company to erect the gazebo, as its beyond my expertise.

Bought a Gazebo and a set of shingles. Delivered as discussed, and every piece was perfectly cut to size. It went up over a weekend without any serious issues (cannot remember any issues at all). Great Product......Exactly as Described. PS Use tin-snips on the shingles, not a `Stanley` knife......it just works! :-)
