Summer House and excellent customer service
Excellent customer service , answered all questions about delivery and what would be best for my garden, as no side access . Absolutely love my new Summer House .. all built , painted and we have used it every single day for the past 3 weeks .

Excellent customer service, ordering was easy, prompt delivery, one beam was slightly damaged on delivery and replaced with no issues, my husband who is a wood machine at adapted this to fit our corner plot and I love it

Quality
The quality of this product is brilliant and great value. It’s the little touch’s from routed out lines in the posts, to the lower post trims that make it feel premium. It took me two days to build, but this was taking my time and making sure it was right as I’m no professional, but as long as you are a capable DIY’er you can build this no problem with the instructions provided. There are even YouTube video’s for the shingle roof.

Beautiful Little Shed - Fantastic Service
So pleased with my beautiful little shed. It is so sturdy and well constructed. It has plenty of room inside for all of my gardening tools. The customer service from ordering to the delivery was excellent. I was kept up to date with my delivery and the delivery drivers were so polite and helpful too. Fantastic wooden Gazebo
We bought a 4m x 4m Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo, and we are really pleased with it, the quality of it is fantastic and it looks amazing now it’s up, this is our 2nd Gazebo from Dunster house and both are excellent additions to the garden. Great customer service from the team and delivery was exactly when we wanted it. All in all a fantastic purchase.

The summerhouse was delivered promptly
The summerhouse was delivered promptly and all the parts were clearly included with step by step instructions. The finished product is robust and attractive and looks set to last well. While the finishes on most of the components was good, the doors and windows were a bit less well finished and needed a bit of adjustment
