A Great company to deal with.
I bought a gazebo kit from Dunster House and I am very pleased with my purchase; from the point of order to my delivery, I was kept informed and on the day, the delivery was excellent. Everything was in the kit (and there were more nails & screws than I needed). The kit assembled perfectly, and it was good fun putting it together. I would recommend Dunster House for their products, and their professionalism in all they do.

10'x16' reverse apex. Easy to order, delivery drivers helpful
Delivery confirmed for my chosen day promptly, drivers really helpful, all left stacked neatly and covered. Instructions re panel layout for our specific shed would have been helpful, as the panels for each end wall are not the same which is odd, one end has 2 wide panels and one medium, while the other end had one wide 2 medium and 2 narrow. WHY??Roof installation instructions could have been clearer, and the video we found was for a much smaller shed so not helpful. Door furniture a bit flimsy and we replaced the provided bolts with some more substantial and therefore easier to use. Hooks to hold the doors open would have been useful. Having said this we are very pleased with the shed, the panels were true and it went together relatively easily once we had deciphered the instructions. We would certainly purchase here again.

This is an excellent shed
This is an excellent shed. Good quality, planed timber, the framework has rounded edges making it pleasant to handle. Instructions are a masterpiece of clarity. It went together as explained, although some basic DIY skills were required. All the fastening were in separate bags and clearly marked, with a few spares. The shed was quite light for its size, which was welcome because we had to carry it up a story height flight of garden steps. We made a few adjustments to the suggested method. We were placing it close to a wall, so we put the back up first, which we think is the best way anyway because it is lighter than the front, which we put up when both sides were in place. The ridge of the roof seems to be rather sharp so we put a 50 cm wide strip of thin bubble wrap over it. I put sealant between the facia boards and the rood edge after it was all erected. We gave the whole floor board two coats of Cuprinol wood preserver before we started and then gave the whole shed two coats of it. Finally, it had two coats of Cuprinol Shades. I am 81, my wife 76, so we are quite proud of ourselves. We have some photos if you would like them.

Good quality accurately made components makes assembly easy. Clear instructions are unambiguous and diagrams accurately match the finished product. Spare sections allow for any deviant or warped pieces to be replaced.

Autumn garden
Ordered a gazebo leviathan and received it on the day we agreed. The gazebo instructions were very easy to follow and straightforward, but had to do the build by myself so took about 3 days working at a steady pace and having a toddler to entertain occasionally. The quality of the wood from Dunsterhouse is amazing, my brother has two log cabins from them and he told my to use them and Im glad I did, exceptional quality.

Best buy ever
This was so well made the instructions were so easy to follow considering this is the first thing I've ever attempted when it arrived I was so intimidated I am a 56year old woman but after a cup of tea and read of instructions got to it . It took me 3 days as I doubled checked everything I was doing and with the step by step instructions it has come together beautifully ?? I am over the moon great product top quality and would definitely recommend buying this to everyone

We spent a long time searching for a good quality log cabin with a storage shed attached for our garden games room. Dunster had just what we had been looking forward, from ordering to delivery everything was simple. We were given a delivery timescale of between 8 and 10 weeks but received a phone call after 2 weeks to say it was ready for delivery. The delivery driver's were great and delivered it to exactly were we wanted it putting. Assembling the log cabin was fairly straightforward following the instructions and watching the YouTube videos that were available following the qrcode.

Great Quality, Great Service
From ordering to delivery the whole experience was faultless: everyone was friendly and helpful. The quality of the timber is excellent with no twisting, warping or splitting and beautiful precision cut edges. The instruction manual is not only comprehensive, thorough and logically sequenced but it also contains lots of hints and tips to make the construction easier.
