Love my shed

Love my shed. Not much bigger than a cupboard but large enough to fit all my tools, garden implements, ladders, parasol. Marvellous. Beautifully made, went together in a couple of hours - bravo for clear instructions too.

Excellent products and service

We recently purchased a summer house and a gazebo from Dunster house. Very smooth process, excellent quality products and the delivery guys were amazing. Lots of spare parts too. I would recommend.

Solid building and recommended

Well constructed and you need to follow the instructions to the letter. I added additional insulation into the floor and walls. It is a shame that all the different pieces arent labelled as this would make it a lot easier to construct.

Good communication from the start

Good communication from the start, received a call to inform me Dunster had a sidestore in stock and could deliver in two days and the second one would be delivered in 10 days which worked out great. Delivery guys were polite and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Kerbside delivery only

Absolutely beautiful and easy to put up. Well worth the money. The only downside was the kerbside delivery which is not publicised very well, only in small print. Had I known this, it would have put me off buying this product as my husband is disabled and could not manage.

I bought a summerhouse/cabin last year

I bought a summerhouse/cabin last year from Dunsterhouse and was very pleased with it, so I decided to buy a double garage from them. It is the same design concept as the cabin - a robust wooden structure. I have not finished building it yet, but am confident it will be as good as my cabin.

I was going to build a cabin from

I was going to build a cabin from scratch but when I totted up the timber it was actually more costly so opted for the Dunster Severn. Managed to put the main cabin up in two days with two people. Trimming and roof shingles took a little longer. All fitted well and only a few wonky timbers which were quite easily sorted out with a bit of wetting and some sash cramps. Overall it looks the business! Only minor niggle was I asked for the guttering and water butt to be added a week before delivery but it was not included. Minor issue, but I would have been quite happy to pay for it.

Log Cabin

Dunster was a great company to deal with ..Samson on customer service was great from the first time i enquired about a Log Cabin.. communication about my delivery was fab too only complaint i have is some of the wood was broken &large splits or chipped ..our builder had to buy more wood to be able to built it successfully
