Excellent service throughout
Excellent service throughout the complete purchase and delivery. The cabin was supplied with everything you needed and was relatively easy to construct. There were a few items that were warped, one in particular was bowed like a rowing boat so has not fitted well. Had I read the delivery notice first, I would have seen there was a spare log which I found at the end and that was as straight as an arrow. Unfortunately, I put the bowed one on the bottom in the hope it will straighten under the weight of the cabin. I am not stripping it right down to change it now, so my recommendations are to take time to look for the problems before you start. I had no problems with customer service throughout and the delivery drivers were excellent.

I love my Dunster Cabin. Great company & Products.
From order date, I was informed weekly of the progress of my order. The Dunster cabin was delivered on time on the date arranged. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. The quality of the cabin was excellent. Great value for money. The builder had no issues with missing parts etc and found it easy to build. A number of people have asked for the maker of the cabin which I have been happy to provide. I love mine and am so happy with the whole experience start to finish .

Last gazebo I'll ever have to buy.
I ordered this gazebo some months ago, but only just managed to erect it. It's excellent quality and very strong / sturdy, it's definitely worth the price, I was able to erect it over 2 days due to the weather, the instructions are just perfect to follow and eliminates any chance of going wrong. I'm in my 70's and had 2 young inexperienced DIY'ers helping me. It would be more than possible to have done it in a single day. Would strongly recommend.
