I ordered the 4x3 Terminator summer house. I could not be happier with the product supplied. The wood is of very good quality with no signs of warping. Delivery was on time (only problem here was that the drop was kerbside). In my opinion, Dunster is very difficult to beat on quality and price.

Delivery on time and personnel were
Delivery on time and personnel were friendly and talkative. I would have paid a delivery option for the cabin parts to be moved from my drive to my back patio, some 15metres but the guys refused and said that’s not an option. I would recommend some improvements to parts coding in your manual as it’s not that logical. Takes sometime to digest and view numerous vids online - YouTube.

Cabin was delivered on time, with good communication, the team delivering the cabin were really great, Thanks. The cabin went up really well, with only a couple of hiccups because I didn't read instructions correctly.

Gazebo Utopia
All aspects of my experience with Dunster House was good, from the initial enquiry about the Gazebo to the ordering of it. Received delivery of the order on time with no problems. Assembly of the gazebo was straightforward with no issues, it looks to have been well thought out. We are very pleased with the appearance of the finished product and its quality. It has enhanced the appearance of the garden. Good value for money.
