Product is good quality. Was nervous about the delivery having read past reviews of products being left immediately on the property but the driver that did drop off was really accommodating and left the product beside my house for me which was really appreciated. They said it was at driver discretion so I am assuming this is a bit hit and miss and I was lucky to get the driver I did. Product was straight forward to put up as well.

I searched the internet for what I wanted and the price I wanted and found the Utopia Pergola at Dunster House. Payment was easy and they delivered sooner than expected which wasn`t a problem. My only quibble and this was my fault completely, is that the measurements I looked at were depth and width but for some reason didn`t consider the height which was 1900mm (74.80 inches) and after the cross beams, a little lower. Now for me it is not a problem but I have a number of friends who have to duck to get under it. As I say, my fault but surely you build a pergola that people can get under without having to duck? Am I happy though - extremely.

Fantastic and easy process from start to finish, good communication when buying the pergola and answered all questions I had on the pergola. There was an initial issue with delivery date, but this was due to an accident with the delivery truck, but replacement delivery date was sorted quickly and within a week or so. Delivery guys were excellent and even took the pergola into the garden for us. Instructions were easy to understand and remember to pre drill, makes life so much easier. Thanks Dunster House, will use you again!

Apart from tracking the delivery which could have been down to GPS not been accurate the Gazebo was delivered on the date and in excellent condition. Did not have the confidence to build it my self(worried it would resemble the leaning tower of pizza), so got a chippi and his helper, who manged to build it in 5 hours. Looks Great.
