Great product, quality is what I wanted. Delivery was on time and scheduled (however be aware that the weight of the package means you need to break it down and move piece by piece to the location) Overall an excellent service.

Quality of the log cabin is very good, well worth the money. Looks very smart when painted. Instructions wasnt the best to follow - especially if you haven`t built anything like this before Otherwise cant fault customer service, delivery was made well before the date due. Really pleased

Love the gazebo, delivery was good. Putting it was a nightmare, I wish it didn`t have a dome as it looks very uneven plastic, (can`t explain that). Works well with my garden sofa. Otherwise pleased it`s up.

The experience of purchasing a log cabin from Dunster House has been excellent - from ordering, which is a straight-forward and easy process, through to delivery, which was on-time and without any issues. Very pleased with the quality of the Terminator cabin, most of it was easy enough to build with instructions supplied. A few of the timbers were not perfectly straight, however this was not a fault but one of the natural characteristics of wood. They still slot together fine with some extra persuasion and this did not affect the build. The finished building is very solid and looks as though it will last for years.

Apart from tracking the delivery which could have been down to GPS not been accurate the Gazebo was delivered on the date and in excellent condition. Did not have the confidence to build it my self(worried it would resemble the leaning tower of pizza), so got a chippi and his helper, who manged to build it in 5 hours. Looks Great.
