Good service, great product
Dunster were straightforward to deal with, including by phone. Product is impressive - quality materials and accurately cut. I’m not sure how easy it would be to DIY. The roof had a lot of parts and looked complex, especially with the shingles. I was pleased we had it built by professionals. Improvement points: wrap the different component bundles separately to avoid muddles; provide breathable roof membrane rather than non-breathable (we replaced). All in all - very happy.

Hassle free experience
Hassle free experience. Ordered over the telephone and wooden gazeebo was delivered at time and date advised. All parts complete. (There were a lot). Nice quality wood. Still to be built as waiting on better weather to do so.

Great gazebo
Great gazebo, arrived in good time and glad t at the January sale price. Fairly easy to erect, mostly on my own and I am in my 60s! Can't fault the quality of the product and looking forward to enjoying it over the next few years.

Excellent Product!
I wrote a previous review, prior to assembly of the cabin, and moaning about having it delivered before I really wanted it. However, I have now assembled about 85% and feel I need to respond again - the cabin is a truly excellent product, and its clear that a significant amount of time has been invested in developing the design - you don't come up with something this good in one go, so much time must have been invested in development. The plans can be tricky to follow in places, but the significant number of construction video's available on YouTube more than make up for that. Assembling the cabin has been quite hardwork, I'm approaching retirement so not at my best, but glad I had two willing sons to do the heavy lifting. I think we had the walls up and the roof on with about 16 hours, and water tight after about 10 more. Pretty good for people who've never done it before and aren't employed in the building trade. The cabin was purchased to replace an unsatisfactory model from one of Dunster's on-line competitors. Having had the experience of both products I'd put my Daft Badger from Dunster head and shoulders above the competition, a truly great product, many thanks. PS this web site wont let me change the date to today, but this was written 8/4/24, UK date format.

Hello, Im giving a 5 star review, but the item is still parcelled up in the back garden. Havent checked if all pieces are there, as the weather is not conducive for erecting a Pergola just yet. Delivery was speedy and on time so that was perfect. Sorry, but I cant say much more except hurry up dry weather so we can enjoy our purchase ! Your website is easy to use and a joy to look at.
