Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent, as was the kit. Just a couple of issues that were easily resolved. Delighted with the size and visually pleasing. I’m sure I’m going to pass many happy hours in spring and summer enjoying the space.

Excellent company - from a returning customer
This is the second log cabin I have had from Dunster House, they go up pleasingly easily and are fun to put up too. The quality of the cabin is great with thick walls, double glazed windows, built in draft exclusion on windows and doors. Delivery staff are helpful and very pleasant - ensuring you’re aware of key parts of the build as they’re delivered. I didn’t actually talk to staff during ordering except when they called to arrange delivery, they were however very helpful on email and very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I have no qualms in recommending buying from Dunster House, as my title says this is the second one I’ve had from them, over the ten years since the last one the quality has gotten better. In researching my cabin, I couldn’t find anything better priced too!

Delivery of shed
Driver rang and shed was delivered within an hour, unloaded straight into my garage and left in neat and tidy condition. The driver also explained all the necessary information before leaving - all in all a very slick operation. Many thanks.

Hassle free experience
Hassle free experience. Ordered over the telephone and wooden gazeebo was delivered at time and date advised. All parts complete. (There were a lot). Nice quality wood. Still to be built as waiting on better weather to do so.

A very good solid Gazebo
The delivery guys were very helpful. Packaging good, and instructions were spot on, very happy with our Gazebo, very much worth the money for it, now for some sunshine!!

Excellent Product!
I wrote a previous review, prior to assembly of the cabin, and moaning about having it delivered before I really wanted it. However, I have now assembled about 85% and feel I need to respond again - the cabin is a truly excellent product, and its clear that a significant amount of time has been invested in developing the design - you don't come up with something this good in one go, so much time must have been invested in development. The plans can be tricky to follow in places, but the significant number of construction video's available on YouTube more than make up for that. Assembling the cabin has been quite hardwork, I'm approaching retirement so not at my best, but glad I had two willing sons to do the heavy lifting. I think we had the walls up and the roof on with about 16 hours, and water tight after about 10 more. Pretty good for people who've never done it before and aren't employed in the building trade. The cabin was purchased to replace an unsatisfactory model from one of Dunster's on-line competitors. Having had the experience of both products I'd put my Daft Badger from Dunster head and shoulders above the competition, a truly great product, many thanks. PS this web site wont let me change the date to today, but this was written 8/4/24, UK date format.

Very Helpful Agent.
