Shed was very well packed and arrived on the date requested. Instructions for putting the flatpack together were easy to follow. All parts were present as described and there was plenty of fixing screws. No problems putting it together.

The shed arrived on time and with all the bits it needed to have. The delivery was exceptional with the handling team going beyond expectations with help with unloading. The quality of parts are very good. It would help if the instructions for building had some editing and more specific detailing as they assume the build team is experience with this. The ordering was mostly clear except we had stipulated we needed it at the end of the month to avoid disturbance to our work commitments. Though it was agreed to at the time of order, we then were required to take delivery two weeks earlier than initially agreed. However all in all a pleasing outcome.

Bought the titania insulated home office. Lovely kit, quality product. Takes much longer and is NOT easy to put together. Roof panels had a couple of dents in

Excellent frame, would be nice if part assembled
The wooden climbing frame is excellent, good quality and feels secure for kids scrambling on. Our only gripe, for the money, is that there were no holes pre drilled or any assembly at all. It took two men two full days to put it together with a bible thick book of instructions.
