Another great product. All arrived on time and no issues. Took my time to build the gazebo. A couple of small jobs to finish but we are enjoying it already.

Great shed but quite a few pieces twisted

Great shed but quite a few pieces including the main logs and bearers were quite twisted and difficult to fit. The bearer twists resulted in the whole shed being slightly off resulting in the main double doors being slightly "cock eyed" and we had to get an angle grinder with a flap wheel to remove a small amount of the edge to stop the two doors catching at the bottom. This also meant that the flooring was not even meaning that the last piece to be fitted had to be cut at an angle along its length - not easy without an electric saw - to make it fit. The rearmost top wall piece to which the roof beams fit was twisted so much it would not allow the two end sections to fit into the tongues/grooves but was ok in the centre. Love the shed though and now in the middle of painting it before fitting the guttering

It looks fantastic wen finished but....

The delivery arrived as pre arranged, although some of the materials were dropped by the staff unloading and became damaged (tongue and groove roofing), they said there were extras in the delivery but there wasn't so I had to use broken bits where best they fit, First of all, read the instructions cover to cover until ya get bored, make sure you have all the tools recommended in the instructions cus it'll help you in the build. Sort all pieces into their respective piles for ease of build. It is possible to put this together on your own, but you'd be better off with two pair of hands If you've never built one they can be a challenge, there is a warning in the paperwork about "natural material can twist and bend" and they didn't disappoint, I had to clamp and temporarily screw walls to get logs in, it wasn't until the last logs went on that I took clamps off, I left em screwed until roof went on. The windows and doors slot in a little way into the build, In the Daft Badger Log Cabin, in the instructions it shows a hole in top of door frame similar to those in the window frames, but there wasn't one, don't know if this is a mod but the gubbins for that hole were in the delivery pack. I chose the shingle roof extra, and I was a whole roof pack over when I'd finished the build, I don't mind paying for a few extra screws, but a whole roof pack is around 30 to 35. It took me a whole day to get it buit and watertight with jus the membrane on, I finished the roof the next day. It's not the cheapest of builds, I paid a little short of 4.2k with the roof and floor insulation (and shingles). But It does look impressive and we are very pleased with the finished article, it's been in place about a month with no issues, apart from Ants trying to move in
