We purchased a Gazebo
We purchased a Gazebo, the telephone assistant went through loads of options with us until we were happy to order. The purchase and delivery went smoothly and all the pieces were present and correct. I personally did not assemble it, but the result looks superb. I had to order some more roofing felt for another project which was quickly and accurately dispatched. If there is room for improvement I would like to say that it would have been nice to get a delivery date before completing the order and having to wait for confirmation of a date. What if the date given was not suitable?

Great company to deal with
Great customer service, very responsive to queries pre order . Delivery was when expected and again responsive to needs, putting the kit where I wanted it and explaining relevant info. Gazebo itself is well built and instructions generally easy to follow. Now Erected and looks great.
