Excellent communication on the delivery date/time. The boys who delivered this were amazing, professional, polite and extremely helpful. Haven't assembled the summer house yet but all the signs are promising

Good product, not so good delivery time

The product quality is very good and the assembly was no problem. The only thing that bothered me slightly was, that it took one week longer than the 15 days delivery time that was advertised.

The supplied instructions were easy to follow and understand. Approximately ten ends of logs were not cleanly cut through and were splintered. Delivery guys paid no attention to how or what was unloaded and were in a hurry to leave as quickly as possible. The building is now up and finished. It was good advice on build instructions to ensure membrane was used for the roof as it was good protection from heavy showers. Despite my comments I am very pleased with the end result. Would I buy again? Definitely!

Delivery was great

Delivery was great. Young men were really helpful. Just finished putting the utopia 3x3 gazebo together. Took 3 of us 3 days to complete. I wouldn't say it was easy but we got there. Would have helped alot if everything was predrilled. We made our final decision to purchase because I was assured that it could be dismantled if I ever moved property as I'm in rented accommodation but I don't see how when the roof is nailed and glued. This is very disappointing because i will have to leave it behind and its not a cheap item just to give away. Very misleading. I also think that Dunster House should definitely have a team to build their products.But overall we are very pleased with the product

First time we have bought from this company,we bought a utopia wooden pergola w4m by d3m all cut to the required measurements including screws and instructions to build your self easy to follow well worth the money we paid for it , definitely go back there for our next project .

Putting together the log cabin was straight forward even though i did 90% of the job single handedly. The timber is quality and apart from the odd twisted piece was fine.

We were looking for a log cabin but we weren't really sure what we were looking for. There's so many out there. We spent a lot of time sifting through prices, sizes, will they/won't they assemble? All different types of reviews and YouTube videos. We were slowly homing in on Dunster House as a result of our research but, I have to give special mention to Zac Gibson. He reached out to us and listened to our requirements and suggested a Dunster House offer. There were other similar options out there but not of the same quality. I think Zac sold Dunster for us without any hard sell. I was also a bit hesitant because I am by no means a competent DIYer, and I was looking for others who would assemble. Zac assured me of the simplicity of the Dunster House build and pointed me in the direction of Dunster assembly YouTube videos, plus the obvious savings from self assembly. I bit the bullet and opted for Dunster and built my Severn 5*4m cabin entirely by myself. I'm very happy and completely satisfied with the results. I have taken photos and videos which I will post later. Thank you Dunster House and thank you Zac Gibson.

Gorgeous Gazebo

Easy ordering process, seemless communication, helpful delivery team. All components are separate, so means sorting in to size order to check all parts received - but ultimately helps with the build process. Really pleased with my gazebo (Leviathan Open Gazebo) looks amazing.
