Planning Permission for Outdoor Offices

Garden buildings do not usually need planning permission, as long as they meet certain criteria to fall under permitted development rights. Outdoor buildings over 2.5m high need to be placed more than 2m away from any boundary, which could result in a lot of wasted space.
